Rune arrows are the strongest, regular arrow type in the game. Level 75 fletching is required to make these arrows. A yew bow or higher must be used with these arrows. Rune arrows are dropped by Bronze/ Iron/ Steel dragons, Fire giants, et al. Fletching these yields 12.5 experience per arrow.
